These Terms govern access to this website (the "Site"), operated by Principia One, LLC ("Principia One", "we", "us") for P1 Knowledge. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

P1 Knowledge is a marketing and information surface for a Principia One product. Content is provided for general information. It is not an offer, professional advice, or a commitment to provide any service.

4. Intellectual property

All materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Principia One, LLC unless otherwise marked. Texts and photos are not royalty-free. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or train models on Site content without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site: no malware, no unauthorized access, no disruption of servers, and no harvesting of data by bots except polite crawlers that honour robots.txt.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in the Cookies & Privacy Policy on this Site.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided as-is. Principia One gives no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or availability, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

P1 Knowledge — Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Principia One, LLC is the controller for personal data collected on P1 Knowledge. Contact: info@principia1.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the lead form we collect name, email, message, locale, page URL, and a form source. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request path. If you accept analytics we also record first-party INTEnt / Chaos events (page views and similar signals) under this site’s Chaos site id.

3. Why we process it

Lead data is used to respond to your enquiry. Logs are used for security and reliability. Analytics (only after consent, and never when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is on) are used to understand how the Site is used.

4. Processors

We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), the Principia One Knowledge CMS, and the INTEnt / Chaos ingest API. We do not sell personal data or use advertising cookies.

5. Retention

Lead records and analytics events are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or longer when the law requires. You may request access or deletion at info@principia1.com.

6. International transfers

The Site is hosted in the EU (Vercel cdg1) and may be accessed from the United States. Processors may store data in the US or EU under their terms.

7. Updates

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do.

P1 Knowledge — Cookies

1. Essential cookies

Required for the Site to work: locale routing, security, load-balancer affinity, and (if you use it) the Knowledge preview cookie. These cannot be switched off from the banner.

2. Analytics cookies

If you Accept, we set a first-party Chaos visitor cookie (`chaos_vid`) and send events to our same-origin ingest endpoint `/api/v1/intent/ingest`. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this Site.

3. Your choice

The banner and Footer → Cookie Settings store your choice in localStorage (`chaos_consent:v1`). Decline or Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track keeps analytics off. You can change the choice at any time from Cookie Settings.
